How to arrive to Gerber Waterfall?

• Firstly, we can arrive from the first curve to the left in the climb to the mountain pass of la Bonaigua. There, we will find a parking where we can arrive to the waterfall in 10 minutes with the direction to the south. All the path is marked properly and in the waterfall, you will find some stairs to see the water.
• The other option is to do the longest route of 2h and 30 min (round trip) from Gerdar refuge. In this case, you will have to walk in direction to the north in a easy and marked path too.

In the summer, you can enjoy the Aigüestortes National Park and Sant Maurici Lake, where you can do more than 50 routes from Espot (some of which we have explained in the Activities – Routes section). You can also walk through the Alt Pirineu Natural Park and discover lakes and peaks for all ages.

In winter, you can go skiing, snowboarding or go with snow rackets at the Espot Esquí ski resort or at Baqueira Beret, the largest ski station in Catalonia, so it is an ideal place for the winter.
